Paul's End to End Walk
Hi, my name is Paul and I am a volunteer with Pawfection Rehoming.
As part of a number of events planned for this year to raise much-needed funds, I am completing a virtual walk from Lands End to John O'Groats - a total of 874 miles.
I will walk daily for approximately 4 months and hope to finish the challenge on the day of our annual Dog Fest in June.
All my distances are measured via my fitness tracker and evidenced on the official End-to-End Run website. You can follow my progress by going to the site and looking at the virtual maps. My Bib number is 148505. I will also do regular updates on Facebook and this website.
I am asking people to sponsor me by donating to Pawfection Rehoming via my GoFundMe page. Please support me on my journey and help save the many dogs that face being put to sleep due to the current cost of living crisis.
Every pound counts and every donation will be gratefully received to help support our work to keep rehoming dogs and making sure they are adopted and fostered!
£5 can pay for enough dog food for a whole week.
£10 can pay for microchipping.
£60 pays for important vaccinations.
£300 covers the cost of neutering and spaying.
Should a business want to support my virtual walk, then any donation of more than £50 would qualify you to have an advert for your business placed on the Our Supporters page on our website for 12 months, with a link to your business website or social media page.
I am also inviting people in Keighley and the surrounding 10-mile radius to donate in return for me walking their dog for up to an hour. This is another way we can support dogs and families in Keighley.
