BEAR

Meet Bear, a 15-month-old Germen Shepherd – Pressa cross that loves everybody and
everything. He is a joy to be around and our in-house trainer claims that he is an extremely
fast learner having already learned sit, stay and a release command!

Even at 15 months old with some growing left to do Bear is the size of a full-grown Labrador, and being such a big and bounding dog he will need a home that can accommodate his size and his equally big crate that he loves to sleep and decompress in.

Thanks to the generous support from members in our community, earlier this year Bear got surgery done on his knee to help combat issues caused by bad breeding and his genetics. This has gone successfully and he is currently in physio to help support him. 

Although he is very polite and well mannered, he does not know his size and so a household
with small children probably isn’t the best option as he could easily knock them over! That
being said, he adores children and loves to run and play with them.

While Bear has been with his foster family, they have noticed that he is always looking up to one person for reassurance and guidance - so Bear would massively benefit from a home with
strong leadership, where his training and mental stimulation continues to be fulfilled!
